PS My bet - that when they finally get this process cost effective and they finally convince people that it's cool to eat meat that was grown on a cookie sheet in a lab, some sick bastard will market a version called "Soylent Green" or similar that will be very popular among disaffected youths looking for new ways to freak out their elders.
